Q) How do I order Custom Kanji Symbols ?

Q) Are the Japanese Kanji Symbol Translations Accurate ?
Yes! Each and every translation is done manually by hand through Native Japanese Language Qualified Teachers. Translations are checked by 2 people to ensure 100% accuracy before your order is sent back. We do not use or recommend any machine/computer generated translation.

Q) How soon can I expect my order to arrive ?
You have 2 Ordering Options, Express Checkout and Standard Checkout .
Orders placed through Express Checkout are usually processed the same day, Maximum 2 days (48 hours ) turn around time. Orders made through Standard Checkout are processed and sent within 5 days. Orders are usually sent much sooner though.

If you are in a rush, we advise you to use our Express Checkout Option, an option which is available at the bottom of the order form .

Q) What are the prices to get my Kanji Translations done ?
Ordering prices can be viewed on the Order forms which are clearly explained. Prices start from a low $15 for Standard Orders. Express orders carry a small surcharge.

Q) What types of words can you translate ?
We can translate any English word to Japanese Symbols. Bibles verses, Spiritual words, Bushido Quotes, Foreign names, Phrases and more. If we are unable to translate the given word or phrase with kanji, we will use other Japanese scripts such as Hiragana or Katakana to make the accurate translation for you.

Q) Are orders limited to Kanji Tattoos Only ?
No, we can also translate English words to Japanese Characters for lots of other stuff such as Signs, Business Cards, Logos, Badges and more!

Q) What methods of payment do you accept ?
We currently accept payment through any major credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, etc and PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay through that. Credit card payments are also processed through PayPal.

Q) I don't have a Credit card or PayPal, How can I pay ?
Unfortunately we do not have any other options available apart from PayPal and Credit Cards. You could always ask a friend or family member of your's to help you complete the transaction.

Q) How will my order be sent ?

Your Kanji Scripts are delivered in Clear, High resolution graphic file format via email.

Q) I did not receive my order ?

If you did not receive your order, the reason could most likely be Spam filters with your Email Host is blocking our Emails or you may have mistyped your email address. Please contact us via the PayPal Receipt Email Address and we will re-send your order again.
